LLG-Agarose is ideal for routine separation of DNA and RNA fragments, as well as PCR products with electrophoresis. High transparency and low background of the agarose gel ensures clear and sharply defined bands.
- Very good dissolution and rapid gel formation
- High gel strength even at low agarose concentrations
- Suitable for agarose concentrations from 0.75 up to 2 %
- Good separation efficiency for nucleic acid fragments between 250 bp and 23 kb
- Free of DNAse and RNAse
