Before calibration, each pipette is inspected thoroughly on receipt. Wearing parts are replaced if necessary. Our aim is to ensure that the pipette meets all quality criteria and functions perfectly after the incoming inspection and calibration. We ensure that the cost of this service is reasonable in relation to the value of a new instrument. If we determine that repair would be uneconomical, we will of course inform you in advance.
Regeneration of your ion exchangers
During ion exchange, the capacity of the resin decreases over time. Used ion exchange cartridges must therefore be regenerated. Bartelt will carry out this regeneration for you, using only high quality, certified resin.
After making an appointment by telephone, we will carry out the regeneration for you immediately. You can either bring the cartridge to us in person or send it to us. We will collect your ion exchange cartridges from your premises in Graz.
