Ordering in the online shop – How it’s done!Submenu

1. Registered shop user or guest?

You can shop in our on-line shop as a guest or a registered user. As a registered user, you have the advantage of being able to shop at better prices and your personal details, such as your shipping and billing addresses are saved for re-use and your order history is also available. As a guest, however, you will be buying at list prices and unfortunately you cannot take advantage of the benefits of a registered shop user.

If you remain inactive as an anonymous user/guest for a long time, your shopping cart will be emptied. The same applies if you change from a guest account to your shop customer account. With a free registration at the beginning and usage as a registered shop customer, the shopping basket remains intact even after a longer period of inactivity.
 

2. Shopping Cart

Select the products you want to order and place them in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. You can change the contents of your shopping cart at any time until you submit your order. For example, you can adjust your order quantity, remove or add products in your cart, or even cancel the order completely by emptying your entire shopping cart.
→ Clicking on the “Checkout” button will take you to the next order step.
 

3. Checkout

As a guest, you will now be asked to provide your personal details, and also the shipping and billing addresses. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with the data protection laws (Privacy Policy). It will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third parties.

As a registered user, your details are already stored and you can go directly to select the payment method.
→ By clicking on the “Next” button, you move to the next order step.
 

4. Check the shipping and billing addresses and choose your payment method

Now please check your delivery/billing address and enter your selected payment method .
→ By clicking on the “Next” button, you will move to the next ordering step.
 

5. Check shipping address/Select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your preferred  shipping method .
→ By clicking on the “Next” button, you will move to the next ordering step.
 

6. Complete the order process/Terms & conditions and Privacy policy

Now you will be shown an overview or your order, the products you selected, the shipping and billing addresses and your contact details. Please check that all the information is correct, and read the Terms and conditions and the Cancellation policy carefully. You can only proceed with your order if you have accepted the Terms & conditions and the Privacy policy (please check the box).
→ You can send us your order by clicking on the  button “Submit Order”. This will create a valid order and a commitment to pay us.
 

7. Right of cancellation for consumers

You have a 14-day cancellation period under the Federal Act on Distance and Off-Premises Selling (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz) Here you will find all information you need about your  right of cancellation.
