Repair & Maintenance

Preventative Service, Installation and Commissioning Bartelt GmbH is a service organisation specialising, among other things, in the repair, maintenance, calibration, installation and commissioning of scientific equipment. Installation and Commissioning We do not just sell all our technically highly demanding equipment, we will install and commission your new equipment at your work place and put it into operation professionally! For selected products, IQ/OQ packages are also available. Maintenance and Preventative Service If you would like, we can make sure that your equipment is ready for daily operation by means of maintenance and precautionary (preventative) service measures. We offer different levels of contracted Service Agreements to ensure the efficiency, longevity and performance of your equipment. Repairs Our engineers have been trained by original equipment manufacturers and will carry out repairs either on-site or at our fully equipped workshop. So, if a piece of equipment becomes defective, we will make sure that the fault is corrected within the shortest technically feasible time. All the services to maintain the value of your equipment and the availability of your working apparatus are carried out by our service department and its competent service engineers. Quality Assurance You can entrust us with your Quality Assurance examinations and the calibration of your equipment should your Quality Assurance System require it. Our extra special Services: Calibration service for single- and multichannel-pipettes – all brands and makes Precautionary service measures and periodic maintenance of equipment with higher operational availability Performance tests on drying ovens, incubators and steam sterilizers Performance tests and particle detection on laminar flow benches acc. to EN 12469 Repair or maintenance of ultra freezers with two stage compressors And, last but not least – if you need help in case of an equipment breakdown, we are ready to respond to your call within 24 hours.
